    At least once in our lifetimes all of us have used coconut oil in our scalp for stronger and shinier hair. We also have reaped its benefits in the delicious coconut dominated desserts and coconut water has been our go to regime in the summer heat. Remember that oil massage that streamlined all the generations with your grandma applying coconut oil to your mom’s roots and she doing it for you. And hey, it is an amazing eye cream too, just dab a little under your eyes after finishing with your night routine to get rid of puffiness and for a softer skin.
    Tip: Blend some coconut oil with baking soda to make a very gentle homemade scrub for your acne.
    Health Streak- Many people don’t know that coconut oil prevents tooth decay and also helps whiten your teeth. It is capable of fighting with endless number of bacteria and viruses that are ready to infect our body. You can intake it in the form of coconut milk, water or add it into other foods to reap all these benefits.
    Tip: You can make your own toothpaste with coconut oil by adding baking soda and sea salt. You can also apply coconut oil on your toothbrush and then apply your toothpaste; you can do this every day.
    Food and More Food- Coconut oil is high on smoke point that is why it makes everything taste just one notch better. You should also use coconut oil while baking, trust us it is much better for that amazing body of yours. Get tropical taste in your smoothies by adding coconut.  Wait, you can also use one extra coconut cookie because it won’t spike your insulin levels, so yaya!
