Pak PM staying away to avoid notifying Munir as defence chief: Security expert

Security analyst Tilak Devasher has said Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is deliberately avoiding to issue the notification appointing Lt Gen Asim Munir as Chief of Defence. He suggested the delay indicates political hesitation at the top, even as pressure builds on the government to formalise the decision.
