High Fibre Food
Continued from Previous Page
Eat More Fiber
High Fiber diets are low calorie diets. Just like water, Fiber has no calories and has the added benefit of keeping you feeling full longer reducing the temptation to eat. Fiber also slows the digestion process. Foods such as 100-percent whole grain bread and pasta, green vegetables, legumes and bran cereal and Muesli are packed with Fiber. Women need at least 25 grams of Fiber each day and men need at least 38 grams of Fiber each day.

Eat Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
Do you have a sweet tooth? Do you find yourself munching on high calorie treats like candy, ice cream and cookies? Forget the sugary treats and try fruit instead. Delicious strawberries, apricots, sweet peaches and so on will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you healthy at the same time.

Eat More Fibre

If fish is not your thing, try walnuts, soy, canola oil and flax seeds to get your omega-3 essential fatty acids.
